Luxurious 2nd floor condo completely remodeled overlooking pool and Gulf of Mexico. Unit comes with sheets, towels, fully equipped kitchen (which includes microwave), dishes and utensils as well as dishwasher and all you will need for a relaxing stay other than the food you will eat. Washer and dryer available. Elevator for easy access to second floor. Pool available at no additional charge. No pets allowed.

This unit advertises Internet Service, but after numerous requests for the Internet Service while I was there during winter of 2009, the owner refused to comply. It should not be advertised as having Internet Service. I would not have rented it had I known. Owner was very hard to reach -- didn't return phone calls, etc.
Owner's Response: Previous renters have had no problem accesssing internet capability. The entire complex is set up for wireless internet access.
