Built on its own 16 Acre private estate with its own long private drive up to the house with jaw dropping views of Anse Intendance as well as the beautiful lush mountainsides of the wild and unspoilt part of South Mahe.

The eco friendly villa has spectacular views of the Indian Ocean, swaying palm trees and lush tropical forest. The eco villa is practically self sufficient by collecting its own rain water to serve its needs, uses the energy of the sun with solar power and uses high ceilings and the mountain side breeze instead of air-conditioning.

There is a fixed 40 Euro per day charge for the butler / daily maid service. This covers daily housekeeping & all linen and laundry charges at the Villa. This is to be paid locally direct to the staff during your stay. A chef is available too for an additional charge.
Security Deposit (refundable) 500.00 Euro cash to be paid on arrival to the Butler. This will be returned in cash on your departure.
