THE APARTMENT

100 sq mt (1076 sq ft), 3 double bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment that sleeps up to 8 guests. This apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings (more than 3 meters) and large windows to balconies, that make the whole apartment very airy.

All three double bedrooms are very spacious and all have access to balconies. Two of these bedrooms have two single beds each, and one of them has one double bed.

The apartment also counts with two bathrooms, one of them an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen is fully equipped.

Living room is ample and has lots of natural light.

This apartment is absolutely superb for its location, 5 seconds from Plaza Catalunya, which is considered the official city center.

Needless to say that being right by Plaza Catalunya, you have EVERYTHING available: transportation (metro lines, buses, taxis and the Shuttle Bus to the airport, which has its stop here). You can head south to the Barrio Gotico and Born, or head north to Paseo de Gracia. You decide :-)

Less than one minute to Las Ramblas, two minutes to the Cathedral, one minute to upscale Paseo de Gracia, 4 minutes to trendy Born.... the location is absolutely amazing! You will be located where the Barrio Gotico (Gothic Quarter) meets the Eixample neighborhood, so you have EVERYTHING available (Fontanella street, where the apartment is located) is the official border between the Gothic Quarter and the Eixample.

    - Respect neighbors rest: silence is requested from 22:30 to 8 , both inside the apartment and inside the building (staircase, elevator, etc...). If there is any complaint from a neighbor for loud guests, you will be required to leave the apartment with no right to refund and losing your security deposit.
    - When you check out, leave the apartment in an acceptable condition with no garbage or trash.
    - No smoking.
    - Garbage/Trash must be taken down to the street for collection only after 8 p.m.
    - Parties are not allowed in this apartment.
    - At least one guest should be 25 y. o. (or older)
    - The security deposit ensures the observance of these rules.

Great Location and Apartment

I didn't get to meet Miguel during my stay at this wonderful apt. But he was helpful via email every step of the way. Miguel's partner actually checked us in and was very nice and helpful with everything we needed to know about the apt before he left. Overall the apt is incredible, great location, high ceilings, huge bedrooms, and a inviting living room with comfortable couches. I would recommend this apt to everyone if you want to be in the heart of Barcelona. Because this apt and Miguel as a host is amazing. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Barcelona!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect for our holidays

We staied with our family in Miguel apartment for the winter holiday. The apartment is perfectly located, we were right in the hart of Barcelona and for us it was very important. The apartment has natural light, three balconies and nice rooms. Is perfect for spending a week in Barcelona with your friends if you are in the mood for fun. Miquel was very nice with us, he gave us usefull advices and didn't disturb us during our staing. Thank you Miquel for this holiday.

You'll love it!

Miguel was a great host. Friendly, helpful with plenty of information and advice and very welcoming. The apartment was excellent. You'll love it! Very very well located, bang in the centre of the city, and very convenient to get around from. It was also in excellent condition and comfortable to live in. We were there 6 days, in a group that included the very young (5) and slightly older (65). It was nice enough to just relax in on the evenings we didn't want to walk the city. It's a stone's throw from good shopping at Cort Inglais (2 of them actually), Metro stations (2 of them, 1 about 100m away and the other s short walk further on), and a stop on the city tour route, not to mention the La Ramblas stretch. Wifi internet worked well right through our stay. A gentle note: as with hot water piping in many older buildings, there is occasionally a surge of hot water in the shower - if you've very young children (we had a 5 year old), it might do to supervise them in the shower. Otherwise nothing to worry about, everything was absolutely in good order. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it and Miguel heartily. A beautiful city, easygoing people, lovely apartment and great great host. Couldn't have asked for more. Enjoy your stay here!

Everything perfect!!!

I went to Miguel's place with a friend of mine and our two girlfriends for our graduation in BCN in the last week of November. Everything went perfect! Miguel was super courteous and replied me immediately, and so was Alvaro!!they are super nice and made the organization easy and efficient. Besides, Miguel has been very kind allowing me and my friends to check out a little bit later than scheduled. About the house there is not much to say: it is just perfect. Superb location: from Miguel's flat everything in BarNa is at hand. Everything was perfect, from room to bathrooms and kitchen, we haven't had a single problem. Plus, it is wonderful: high ceilings, amazing balconies and a fantastic view over Plaza Catalunya. My friends and I spent an amazing weekend there. Thank you Miguel, I hope I can stay again at your place the next time I come to Barcelona!!!

Excellent stay

This apartment in the heart of the City center of Barcelona is great. There are three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a great livings space and a kitchen. Everything is close by. The aerobus from the airport stops in front of the building.

Some minor details (which did not bother me at all): There are only a few lights in the apartment, the road is noisy and the showers (bathrooms) are very small.

I would recomment this apartment.
