We look forward to having you at our 'Lagniappe' ... y'all come back now, hear?
Property easily accommodates 6-8 adults. The Lagniappe condo feels exactly like a home away from home. The owners are very professional and organized. Loved the decor and the the balcony. I will definitely book again if I'm in the area.
Great getaway! Booked the condo for Mardi Gras and my family truly enjoyed the stay. Easily accommodates 6 plus adults and has all the amenities of a home away from home. The owners are always available if you have questions and are very professional and organized. I admit I never used any type of HomeAway or VacationRentals.com services before so I was a bit skeptical of how it all worked. Based on my experience at the Lagniappe Condo, I give it a thumbs up and will visit this property again in the future.
Lovely, quiet, very clean, all the comforts of home. A great location for us. We wanted to tour the Mississippi plantations and spend a day in New Orleans. Nancy was very helpful and responsive. We got an unexpected treat driving Louisiana back-country hwy 22 up and over to I-55 at Manchac where we ate at Middendorf's Seafood Restaurant. The hour and 20 minute drive was simply beautiful and the shaved catfish platter made my "best of" bucket list!
My family of 8 arrived at this place on Saturday and left the following Friday. During our stay, we had an EXCELLENT VIEW of the Canal, plenty of space for all of us, and we were able to relax without interstate/highway noise to interfere with our conversations on the balcony. The Owner was great to work with and answered my questions in a timely manner. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.
We thoroughly enjoyed two lazy days on the porch and the river. The accommodations were very nice and weather perfect. The only disappointment was that the karaoke machine was not hooked up or programmed for use although it was listed as a feature. It was one of the attractions for our group when choosing a place to stay. Probably better not to list it unless operable.
This condo was simply perfect! Perfect location for everything.. local restaurants, local bait stand, local entertainment, local shopping, perfect peace morning and evenings on the balcony and nice water traffic to watch during the day. This condo was completely set up with everything we needed and the owners were extremely helpful with our questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.
