This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Executive Vacation Home is situated in a very quiet, gated golfing community. An executive vacation home surrounded by trees and palm trees. Relax on the covered patio over looking a private pool and watching the exotic birds fly over the small lake. Only minutes away from all the major attractions. Disney World, Epcot, Pleasure Island, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Planet Hollywood, Sea World, Universal Studios and many others. A short drive to the Space Center and Cocoa Beach. An 18 hole Championship Golf Course is also available for your use.

This is truly an Executive home in an exclusive area with upscale furnishings. You will realize this the minute you walk in the door. Situated in a private, gated golfing community. You will feel safe in secure in this home and in this community. This property is an exceptional value at any price, experience the luxury.

You will NOT find a nicer, cleaner home then ours. We manage and maintain it personally.

Amenities: Private pool (heating extra), tennis courts, covered porch, championship 18 hole golf course. Home is fully furnished, linens supplied, air-conditioned, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, cable T.V., built-in stereo. Beds are as follows: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins with a queen sleeper sofa. Pool heating is extra. Please, no smoking in the home.

Activities: 18 hole championship golf course, driving range, 4 tennis courts, biking, walking, jogging or roller blading. Very quiet peaceful area that is safe and secure. Disney is only 9 miles away. Beaches either coast 1 hour and Space Center 1 1/4 hours.

Area: Two miles south of I-4 on Hwy 27. Ridgewood Lakes is a gated golfing community. 4 tennis courts, driving range and 18 hole championship golf course.

Notes: A starter kit is provided. Which includes a roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of bathroom tissue as well as kitchen automatic soap and dish soap. We do not include laundry soap in with the starter kit. Washing your laundry is a luxury; but washing dishes is a necessity. Pool heating is not included. If required it is $150/week. BBQ grill can be rented for an additional $35.00 per stay. We try and give each guest a full tank....for those longer stays if you run out of propane exchange tanks will be at your expense.

What a relaxing way to stay when visiting Orlando

This is a lovely home. Immaculate and extremely comfortable. The private pool is well maintained and the deck is large with comfortable lounge chairs. After a day of dealing with crowds at the theme parks coming back to the peace and quiet of this home made our stay in Florida terrific. Approx 15 minutes from Disney's Magic Kingdom. So glad we did not have to deal with the noise and commotion at the hotels. We 100% recommend this rental.
