Watch the sun rise and listen to the water in the near-by stream while enjoying your morning coffee. This House is a spectacular one-of-a-kind mountain property that was built for privacy, relaxation and the enjoyment of these wonderful Blue Ridge Mountains.
The main home is located near the base of a private mountain spanning 35 acres plus, which boasts spectacular southern views of meadows, mountains, and valleys. You could spend days just exploring this wonderful property, picnicking at the top at 4, 000', full of wildflowers such as Queen Anne's Lace and daisies, and enjoying the deer and other wildlife. And after a day of exploring, you'll love relaxing on the new deck and marvel at the beautiful sunsets beyond the distant mountains.
Our round house features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite, located upstairs, has a queen bed and a bathroom with shower. The lower level has two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second bedroom with bunk beds and a queen bed. The second bathroom with shower/tub is located on this level as well. Also located on this level is the family room with a pool/ping-pong table. Outside the sliding doors is the 'red wood'enclosed hot tub.
This property is offered as Pet Friendly and Horse Friendly, up to 4 horses Maximum. There is a barn, grazing in the back fields and extensive riding trails as they were developed for the Quads to ride to the top. There are lots of dirt roads in the area as well, perfect for ATV’s.
You may hunt on the property during hunting season (hunting license may be required), but please stay safe and follow proper safety standards.
Within a short driving distance is Boone, Cherokee National Forest in TN, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and countless other attractions. Fishing is just a short drive to the Watauga River.
