Our home is located in gated Lake Ashton adult community. Golf membership for two on both 18 hole courses (driving range & putting green) included in rental.

The view enjoyed at our home is spectacular, as it spans a scenic pond which attracts an array of birds and wildlife, is buffered by the 17th hole, then expands out to the 400 acre Lake Ashton.

Our home is fully outfitted for your comfort. The master suite features a king bed, mirrored dresser, bedside stands and TV. There are two walk-in closets. Master bath has a vanity with two sinks, and a large shower. The guest accommodations feature a pocket privacy door that leads to a room with a queen bed, mirrored dresser, bedside stands, and closet. The guest bath has a tub with shower. The master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen with bar, and comfortably furnished lanai, all face the spectacular view. The two stall garage contains a golf cart with lights for your use within the community and on the courses.

Lake Ashton is centrally located which allows for lovely day trips. Renter must be 55 years or older, although children and younger adults are welcome on a short-term basis. Long-term rates available.

This place is outstanding! Owners were extremely helpful, house was perfect, and folks who care for it were accessible and kept it spotless. The two golf courses were also very good (not easy but good) and the fee was worth it (house comes with golf cart). The yearly members were friendly and quick to fit snowbirds into their various leagues if you were interested. Community also offers other activities as well. Just a couple of tips. Bring sunscreen, plenty of golf balls and leave gators alone. Other than that, this is a ten on a scale of one to ten.
