PELICAN SUNSHINE VILLA is a very private gulf access home in South West Cape Coral, with an electric heated pool, nestled within lushly landscaped grounds. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. The home is equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet. There are 3 bedrooms plus a den with day bed and 2 bathrooms (1 Master suite, 1 guest). The spacious living area consists of 2 separate living rooms, one which features a X-Box with games to provide entertainment for the kids along with sliding doors to the pool area. The main living room features a 60' TV and is connected to a specious, open kitchen with two sliding doors for a open feel to the pool area. Formal Dining room for those special evening dinners. Relax in our private screened pool area with a built in hot tub and a rock waterfall. Featuring 3 bedrooms, the Master Bedroom comes complete with Queen size bed, cable TV and private Master bath including a relaxing bath, shower, and a private attrium to relax in. The Master bedroom has the added bonus of a pool sliding door giving access to the screened pool area. 2 guest bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other 2 twin beds. A den features a day bed and an office desk. There is outdoor seating for 6 guests to enjoy dining overlooking the waterfront. While enjoying the outdoor waterfront living and relaxation the home is also equipped with a gas barbecue. The very mature and beautiful landscaped grounds are the finishing touch to your own piece of paradise that Florida is famous for and provides privacy and a feeling of tropical tranquility. With water being such a big part of the community, Cape Coral is a very popular choice with fishermen and boaters alike. Pelican Sunshine Villa is situated on an oversized lot and on one of the many popular gulf access canals that the Cape is famous for. A deck built over the waterfront canal will be a popular spot to watch all the boats pass by or fish right off the deck. Boat rentals are available - the rental companies can deliver the boat to the Villa so you can explore the many beautiful islands, restaurants and beaches only accessible from the water. A short distance away are the famous beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the islands of Sanibel and Captiva. Cape Coral has golf courses close by for those wanting to golf.

Our home features a deck built over the waterfront canal with a Tiki Hut to enjoy the water and watch all the boats pass by. The private lanai features a Tranquil Rock Waterfall. The property features mature trees and shrubs that are lighted in the evening for a tropical paradise. Watch the Manatees swim by while on the waterfront deck.

Loved the house. Great amenities. Feels so comfortable makes you never want to leave. The only negative is the pool girl shocked the pool when we got there and we had to wait 3-4 hours to go in. Coming from the cold northeast my family was pretty bummed we couldn't just jump in.

Our stay at the Pelican Sunshine Villa was fantastic. Easy to find, easy check in, there were so many extras at the villa you don't need to bring anything but yourself and food!

Beautiful view of the canal. So peaceful, well maintained, clean, comfortable and spacious. Very nice pool area.

Owners are super easy to work with. They really care about your vacation experience. I would highly recommend this vacation property.
