Come see for yourself! You are so close to everything yet this complex is so quiet and private! Being in northern Palm Springs is ideal as it is about 10 degrees cooler than southern Palm Springs. In addition, the light breeze that comes through is so amazing! Since the condo is established and mature in its landscaping, you never have any sand blowing around.

The condo sits on the upper corner and is in the quietest, most set back building with very few neighbors. It's very peaceful and very few ever walk by. If you like to meet new friends, the center pool has more action depending on the time of day. The pools are heated (as most are not in Palm Springs) and they are cleaned everyday along with the spas. This complex is gated, very safe, well lit and has ample parking!
