4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, sleeps 6 to 8

Downtime is located on Ono Island - a private, gated community with 24/7 security, boat launch, pedestrian/bike path through out the 5+ mile long island.

The main living area and both master bedrooms afford a commanding view over Old River looking south toward the Florida nature reserve and the Gulf.

Our home features 2 master suites that open on to covered decks. Each bedroom has a flat screen television and premium bedding.

Notes

  • from $1800 to $2500/week
  • June 1st through August 31st $2,500.00 per week
    September 1st through October 31st $2,000.00 per week
    November 1st through February 28th $1,800.00 per week
    March 1st through May 31st $2,000.00 per week
    Plus cleaning fee of $175.00 and 8.5 % lodging tax. Damage deposit $500.00, which
    is fully refundable if no damages occur. Discounts are available for longer stays
    Call for quotes for multi-week rentals. House is not available for daily rentals.
  • June 1st through August 31st $2500 per week (7 day minimum stay).
    September 1st through October 31st $2000 per week (7day minimum stay).
    November 1st through end February $1800 per week (7 day minimum stay).
    March 1st through May 31st $2000 per week (7 day minimum stay).
    In addition to the weekly rental rate, an 8.5% lodging tax must be paid, together with a $175 cleaning charge. No damage deposit is required.
