About this property

Enjoy a peaceful stay at this charming 3 bedroom 1 bath home that is perfectly located just 1 mile from the Historic Downtown La Mesa Village . This is a centrally located neighborhood close to major freeways, restaurants , and the trolley. If you’re wanting to explore Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, Coronado Island, the beaches, and some popular mountain trails, you are just about 10-15 miles away.

The Space:
Make yourself at home in this super cozy space that is fully furnished along with an equipped kitchen for all your needs. Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and spacious closet. First guest room has a full size bed, closet, and desk. Second guest room has a twin size bed, closet, tv , and desk. This home does have WI-FI , heating and AC. All TV’s are capable of streaming your favorites on Netflix, HBO, and other popular apps. Fully fenced back yard perfect for your dog to run around in. There is a private driveway for one car, and lots of convenient street parking. Safe, quiet, neighborhood is great for families and for walking your dog.

Main house is private with its own fully fenced back yard. Guests will be given a customized key code to allow access during their stay. There is an RV on the side yard of the property that is fully fenced and separated from the main house.

Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, fully fenced back yard, and garage ( where the washer and dryer are located) .

Noise:
We genuinely want you to fully enjoy your
stay, but loud noise that may disturb the neighbors is strictly prohibited. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood with older residents. It would be appreciated if noise is kept to a minimum after 9pm. Violation of the excess noise restriction will result in an additional fee.

Parties:
We do ask to be mindful of the quiet neighborhood and neighbors. Please no parties or events. Violation of this guideline will result in immediate termination of your stay.

Everything you need for a home away from home

Literally everything we needed was here ready for us during our stay and just like the pictures it was very aesthetically pleasing, the beds were so comfy and there were plenty of clean towels and blankets for us to use and there was even a high chair that my little one could use so I didn’t have to buy one. Linda was very quick to respond and everything was so peaceful, we cannot wait to stay here again on our next trip!

Elegant, easy family holiday

We had a wonderful stay to visit with family, including hosting a couple of times. The yard was spacious, and the home beautifully appointed, with a particularly well-stocked kitchen. Owner Linda was very prompt and responsive.
