Arizona Getaway #A is an urban retreat located in a Historic Tempe neighborhood in the heart of the Valley of the Sun. This apartment is one half of a single level Duplex. Both two-bedroom apartments are vacation rentals.

Centrally located and close to Mass Transit and major freeways makes it easily accessible to everything in the Greater Phoenix area. A short one block walk to Metro Light Rail, public bus or Free Tempe Shuttles makes for a hassle-free ride to shopping, sports, or arts events.

Four Peaks Brew Pub is in a historic building two blocks away. A supermarket is one block away and Tempe’s newest mall, Tempe Marketplace is a 20 minute walk. The Tempe Orbit Free shuttles are a block away and provide a quick ride to Tempe’s Mill Ave. Shopping District and Tempe Town Lake for recreation and events.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Everything was super clean and in fine woking order at the apartment. The location was excellent to take the light rail or drive to Scottsdale, Phoenix & Sedona. The hosts greeted us upon arrival and were available should we need anything (we didn't because they left directions, maps and restaurant recommendations). We had excellent Vietnamese food just around the corner from the apt! I would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in the Phoenix/Tempe area.

Perfect ASU/Tempe Rental

We travel to ASU/Tempe 3 to 4 times a year to visit our daughter, and until now we have always stayed in a hotel. Not anymore...from now on - we will be staying at this duplex. It is safe, comfortable and conveniently located....but most of all it was so neat and clean!

The advantages over a hotel:
- Additional square feet to spread out
- Kitchen to cook my daughter some of those "home cooked" meals she misses
- Washer and Dryer on site
- We saved so much money by having a kitchen and eating many of our meals"at home" (Cash that we could then use to spoil our daughter while we were there)
- Park right at your door!
- And yet even with all that - the duplex is considerably less expensive than the hotel where we normally stay

The owners were very nice. They are proud of this house and proud of their neighborhood. That made us feel very comfortable there as well. We didn't need the owners for anything during our stay (the place was perfect) but I had the impression that they would have been very responsive, if a need or issue did come up.

The price is right - the place is right - I highly recommend ditching the hotel and staying here.

We had a great stay. The duplex was perfect for us. Close to ASU, Scottsdale, and lots of other places. Gail was easy to work with. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your wonderful duplex. We will be back again.

Nice place to stay and very close to ASU

Gail is very nice and made sure we had everything we needed, which we did.
The duplex is nice and comfortable. It is very close the ASU campus and golf course.
There is a lightrail stop just around the corner, which we did not use, but should be good for people without a car
