The eight en-suite sea-view bedrooms for Guests consist of six double bedrooms with another two double bedrooms that can be converted, on request, into twins. All have comfortable small living-areas, along with balconies or windows that open onto the wonderful view of the sea along the Amalfi Coast, a bathroom in the bedroom decorated with glass mosaics, large shower with hydro massage or bathtub with Jacuzzi and hairdryer, independent heating and air-conditioning, satellite LCD TV, internet Ethernet and Wifi, mini bar and safe-deposit box.
The GROUND FLOOR has a double entrance, the main one and the one from the parking area which you enter straight from the coastal road. Here are located the reception hall and a comfortable living-room with two sofas and the fireplace, 40' Lcd TV, the studio and the old library; on the same level, separated by a wide corridor, there is a courtesy WC and a first double bedroom with bathroom with shower and balcony with a view of the sea.
On the two upper floors, linked by the large staircase, there are six more well-equipped bedrooms, all of which have a small living area: on the FIRST FLOOR, 3 double bedrooms with bathroom and large balconies with views overhanging the sea and the coast and on the SECOND FLOOR, another 3 double bedrooms with bathroom with large oval windows framing wonderful panoramas.
In the GARDEN LEVEL FLOOR BELOW, reached by the staircase, another large corridor, characterized by rock walls, leads to the dining room, furnished with a nice antique table which can be lengthened if needed and to a living area with 40' Lcd TV. From a large loft looking onto the dining area, with a view of the sea, you come to a wonderfully romantic double bedroom with living area, equipped with its own large bathroom and a convenient wardrobe cabin. Then there is a well-equipped kitchen, with a central island and the laundry area with washer and drying machine and also a own little wines cellar that is excavated into the rock. The whole of this floor is connected with a terrace with a terrific view of about 60 sqm covered like a patio, which in the summer months becomes a open-air dining and living-room.
On the terrace above the Villa, is a furnished roof top of about 100 sqm with its own small equipped kitchen and barbecue, ideal for organising romantic candlelit dinners with a view of the whole of the Amalfi Coast which in the summer is dotted with the lights of the villages, of the night fishing boats and of the fireworks.
At the foot of the Villa is another large flowering terrace of about 120 sqm with a view of the sea, served by the main equipped kitchen and another barbecue, completely covered with a pergola of bougainvillea. This place is ideal to arrange exclusive Events for a large Party with an Imperial table up to 74 Guests seated.
The property has private access to the sea: 130 steps down through terraces of bougainvillea and citrus gardens to the furnished sunbathing areas, the grass with natural grottoes, the panoramic belvedere and further down a small private landing-stage with sunbathing area in the delightful inlet in the cliffs below.
A full Spa is just been arrange at the Villa and this includes a large Swim Spa Jacuzzi of 4,30 x 2,30 metres with upstream swimming, hydro massage, aromatherapy and heated water and an infrared Sauna for two people set into the natural grotto within a relax area and a changing\bath room dedicated.
