A PERFECT PLACE FOR A FAMILY VACATION!

This lovely 1940’s house on a quiet street in the historic Chesapeake Bay town of Cape Charles is a visit back in time. Located one block from the City Park and two blocks from the beach on a beautiful quiet street, this 4-bedroom, two-bath home is the ideal spot for families with small children, girls’ weekends, or even two families together. Golfers can take advantage of the Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, open to the public and a 5 minute drive. The living room provides comfortable seating for TV viewing or reading and contains a four-person game table for card games or puzzles. A queen sleep sofa provides additional sleeping space. Upstairs are four comfortable bedrooms: one king, one queen, two twins, and a double bunk room (2 bunk beds) for children with lots of toys and books to keep them busy. The first floor bath has a shower for sandy beach-goers and the second floor bath has a claw foot tub for bathing small children or enjoying a relaxing soak. The “downtown” area is within walking distance with restaurants, shops and art galleries. A vacation in this bucolic town is a rare and beautiful thing!
