This unusual treetop home is to be found at the east end of the Casa Marina district, just a block from Smathers Beach. Some of Key West’s favorite restaurants are just a few blocks from your door: Salute, El Siboney, and Louie’s Backyard to name a few. You won’t really need a car, but you can always have rental bikes delivered to your door, or just for fun, a scooter.
THE LIVING AREA...
“Toba’s Tree House” gets its name from the way it sits on stilts among the treetops. As a result, it’s very private and quiet, too. The living area is an open plan, with double French doors that provide lots of light and all those tree top breezes, too. There's a large flat screen TV in the living room for those evenings you’ve had a bit too much excitement in town. The kitchen has a gas range and refrigerator, with Corian counter tops and all the small appliances one might need. You'll have your own private deck sitting right in the middle of the trees, with a Gas BBQ.
THE POOL AREA...
You’ll have your own private pool, with a surrounding patio and chaises. Or you can walk to Smathers Beach or Higgs Beach for an afternoon of sun and have early dinner at Salute.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS...
Both bedrooms are also on the main level among the trees, so you’ll get the benefit of those wonderful breezes at night. The master bedroom has a king bed, overhead fan, French doors to the balcony and its own bathroom. The second bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, and two twin beds, overhead fan and French doors to the balcony.
THE AMENITIES...
Central Heat and AC, Ceiling Fans, Private Pool, Washer/Dryer, Cable TV, DVD Player, Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Fully Appointed Kitchen, Linens and Towels provided. Daily or weekly housekeeping provided upon request. Wireless high-speed Internet access. This property will accommodate up to 4 adults.
