ULTIMATE WATERFRONT COTTAGE LABRADOR LANDING PROVINCETOWN MA

This beautifully-charming cottage was wonderful for our visit to Provincetown. We will definitely return for a future stay!

The property was classic with modern amenities and accents: a modern kitchen & appliances; a Bose radio with a docking station for an iPhone (which I used everyday); flat screen televisions with cable on both the 1st and 2nd floors; a wonderful dining area downstairs (which converts to a bed for a guest!); and a comfortable queen bed upstairs. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail: modern reading lights attached to the bed; a complete "Guide to Provincetown" which was informative and very helpful; a hanging chalk board for notes; free sea kayaks to use; and a Lavazza Cappuccino maker (complete with Lavazza coffee)! The Air Conditioner kept us cool during the day. At night, however, we turned it off and opened the doors and windows, which are equipped with modern screens. Everything was meticulously clean as well.

The outside area was great too; a quaint private patio opening to a shared deck complete with a gas grill, loungers, and a large dining table. The deck has a staircase that walks down to the beach/bay below, offering some breath-taking views of "Lands End." I enjoyed sunbathing in the loungers during the day, and relaxing in them under the stars at night.

The location is excellent: On the water in the West End—a premier neighborhood in Provincetown. It is a short (and lovely) walk to Commercial Street, Provincetown's main street, as well as a stone's throw from some great restaurants and stores (Relish, Red Inn and Sal's to name a few).

I highly recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a romantic getaway in Provincetown. Thanks to the property owners for a great stay. Looking forward to returning again soon!
