Wonderful Vero Beach restaurants, Vero Beach boardwalk, Shopping at local shops, Minor league spring training, Lifeguard supervised beach and playground for the kids next door, Melbourne Airport - 45 minutes. First floor end floor unit. Large pool and steps to ocean from back door,cross no roads. Next to playground and picnic area with lifeguard supervised beach and also a private beach is available, dozens of restaurants and shops within walking distance. 90 minutes to Orlando attractions and minutes from Minor league baseball games. Safe, quiet and perfect for all. Vero beach has a new Indian River Mall with one of the largest AMC movie theater (24 screens). There are many golf courses and tennis courts near by.

Excellent condo at great location with the best owner. Easy walk out the door to big pool and beautiful beach. Nice bike riding area and close enough to walk to shops( 15-20 minutes). Description and amenities as advertised. Clean and well maintained, recommend to anyone. Owner is a great person to meet and a pleasure to talk to and to rent from .Third time we have rented and won't be the last!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
