Newly acquired our 4 bedroom 3 bath, private pool home warmly welcomes you to enjoy time with family and friends.

Expect to live the life of luxury in our spacious open concept vacation villa.  Comfy leather furniture encourages relaxation as your gaze toward the private lanai and pool invites you to some fun in the sun.

Our fully equipped kitchen will not disappoint even the most talented chefs. We have thought of everything you will need to create mouth watering gourmet meals.  Who would think crock pots, pizza pans, and breakfast grills would be part of a vacation home's list of must haves ... we did.

Serve up those casual snacks and light lunches over great conversation at the breakfast nook or maybe even alfresco out on the lanai.  As evening rolls around the place setting are perfectly appointed to enjoy a glass of your favourite beverage and a gourmet dinner in the formal dining room.

We were very pleased with our stay especially all the little extras that were available ,we lacked for nothing .The personal pool was clean & very well maintained we did't have to do anything. There were even beach towels provided . All of the staff were most helpful from the front gate to the clubhouse . They had games to use & there was even a mini putt . The house had everything we needed & then some . It was beautiful much more then we were expecting . The most pleasant of all was the personal welcome on the chalkboard . We can't wait to go back & we would recommend this place to anyone . There were even games to play in the kids room & yfi was supplied. Many thanks Phyllis & Rick Reid from Ontario Canada

I give this accomodation the best rating I can think of. It feels like home. The rooms are all very clean. Everything is there for relaxing or having fun. It was great to be able to have breakfast there and then be out and about during the day. The house is well equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The pool was so nice to be able to just go out your back door for a dip. The club house pool and hottub was nice as well. The staff were very helpful, friendly and willing to assist. You always received a friendly wave when you went out for the day. The proxiimity to Disney, Wet and Wild, and Universal makes it an ideal place to stay. I would highly recommend this home for a family or groups of friends. I hope to go back. Thank you so much for the use of your Florida home.

My family stayed at this villa for five days and it was an excellent quick trip. The house is like brand new. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We did not do much cooking but it seemed like everything you wanted was there. The community center was nice with the clubhouse and pool if you had a large group. The backyard pool was perfect for relaxing. Cannot wait to come here again.
