Walk to South Beach for a day of sun and surf and then relax while having a family BBQ on a spacious deck. This beautiful tri-level contemporary home is located just 1/2 mile to the beach and offers all the amenities for the ultimate vacation on Martha's Vineyard!

The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a cozy den with a flat screen TV. The middle level has a bright and sunny open floor plan with a large living room, dining room, family room and a new gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The living, dining and kitchen area face a wall of sliding glass doors that open up to the spacious 45 foot deck with a distant water view, gas grill, lounge chairs and table....the ultimate spot to watch those amazing sunsets over the Atlantic. The third level is a private master suite with a full bathroom, den and balcony with beautiful views. The house sleeps a total of 10 with 3 pull out couches.
