Completely refurbished ranch in the Equinox Forest on 2 Quiet, private acres. Adjacent to the Southern Vermont Art Center.

So close to town yet far enough away to enjoy the beauty of the Equinox mountain. Spacious, comfortable location where you can enjoy nature, hike or snowshoe right out the front door to the Equinox trails, hit the outlet shops, or grocery store, at a moments notice.

Perfect for families, or couples, so close to town for the shoppers, yet less than 15 minutes to Bromley, 20 minutes to Stratton. A great place to unwind from your normal busy schedule. Also a great choice for handicap access.

Great vacation home!

This is a beautiful vacation home. Very clean, very relaxing, great environment. Away from everything, but close to everything. Very convenient for people with disabilities and great for pets. Everything is on one floor and has all the amenities that one can expect in their own home. The house is in Manchester Center, but it is back away from all of the hustle and bustle. But, it is very close to shopping and all of the stores. Very clean and well maintained. The location is great!

Close enough to visit all of the key places in Vermont where most people want to visit. Good location for people who like the outdoors and want to visit the ski resorts or just tour the state parks for recreation.

The owners are very conscientious about the house and the environment. Very helpful about the local activities and are moments away in the event that you need assistance. However, they show you the house upon arriving and meet you when leaving, but do not disturb you during your vacation stay, no matter how long. But, if you need help, they are only a phone call away. Great people.

The listing is very accurate regarding the location, layout, and all the amenities. Manchester is a great location to stay for a vacation. Close to everything, but far enough away to enjoy the peace of a relaxing vacation. It is close enough to the northern tier of southern Vermont, as well as central Vermont to visit whatever you want to see in Vermont in one week or more. Close to Arlington, Bennington, and easy access to northern New York to help make your stay a great and enjoyable vacation.

We hope to be back in the future. Since we had our German Shepherd with us during our trip, he accompanied us everywhere we went. Vermont is a very pet-friendly state. Vermont Country Store is great. The Teddy Bear Factory is another great place. Don't forget to visit Woodstock! Rutland is a great town. Above all, try to check out the Scenic drive in Arlington and the Monks of New Skete in Cambridge, NY. The nuns' 16 flavors of cheesecake are beyond belief. Ask Rachel Ray, if you don't believe me.

Since we are from Pennsylvania, it is a great getaway for us.

Anyway, it was a great vacation and very enjoyable.

Since this home is smaller than most, it makes it possible to keep it private and affordable for a couple to stay. Good pets are always welcomed!

Loved Manchester Quiet location

We were happy with the house, and the welcome basket was a surprise. Thanks for all the snacks, as we arrived fairly late. Owners were there to greet us and show us the ropes. Nice quiet location. We loved the deck, and private yard. Kitchen was outfitted nicely. Nice and level for my husband who is handicapped. Made our stay much more comfortable. My little dog was happy there, and our pet deposit was refunded right away. We spent a lot of time sight seeing and all the brochures were right there waiting for us. Thank you.

Great Place! Clean and Comfortable

We were very pleased with the house, looked better in person. It was great to be within minutes of town and the grocery store! Clean, well outfitted and comfortable, The kitchen and baths looked new. Loved the deck and privacy. The hosts were very accommodating, just a phone call away. They suggested Seasons restaurant and had a great meal the first night, and were back to the house in seconds. Just could not have asked for more! We hope to come again, perhaps in the wintertime to ski.
