This charming condo is centrally located in between Palm Springs and Palm Desert, one block from Rancho Mirage. It is upstairs and is in a great location in this small complex. It is decorated in a desert-country style with a very comfortable and quaint feel. Master BDRM features a king bed and HD flat screen TV, the guest BDRM features a queen bed and flat screen TV; full kitchen with all the necessary cooking items and a HD flat screen TV in the living area. Washer and Dryer in each unit. The condo is very quiet and is a 55+ adult complex. There is a pool, workout room, library and is located very near many restaurants, theaters and downtown Palm Springs.

We are located one block from Rancho Mirage and in between Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Many restaurants and theaters are very nearby. The McCallum Theater is 20 minutes and offers a variety of live performers.
