Gorgeous bay view home located in the area of Point Loma with 180 degree views of San Diego Bay, Downtown, the two yacht clubs and La Playa Cove. Home is located within walking distance of village with excellent restaurants, cafe's, nightly entertainment and Humphrey's, a well-known concert venue. Relax at home by the custom vanishing edge pool, on the 75 foot view deck or down at the semi-private small beach located only 1 block away! Go for strolls on the bayside foot path or simply relax at home. This is a home you will not want to leave.

You can also enjoy downtown Gaslamp area only 10 minutes by taxi or the famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa park, also only 10 minutes away.

Living space is a total of 2000 square feet with a 75 foot deck and large stone patio with Viking gas BBQ built around a custom vanishing edge pool and spa. This home feels like a spa or luxury retreat.

Home sleeps 4 comfortably, with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. Nice linens and towels provided. You will feel like this is your second home. Master bedroom has an extra large Jacuzzi bathtub with a double shower. Second bedroom also has an en-suite full bath. A one half bath is located off the living room. Living room / dining room is one extra large room with floor to ceiling windows and doors that overlook the bay. Kitchen and master bedroom also have expansive views of the bay.

Birch wood floors throughout all of living area, except you will find Travertine marble and custom tiles in kitchen and bathrooms.

Washer/Dryer included and in-gated area parking for 2 cars.

Home is inside your own private gated area. Entire property is fenced and secure. Neighborhood is extremely safe. Evening strolls are pleasant around the bay on our beautiful bay view foot path.

Television in living room with expanded channel system. Bose stereo system throughout house and outdoor deck. Stereo system has connection for iPods and CD/DVD player. Tranquil backyard with custom vanishing edge pool and spa.
