Newly listed and ready for 4th of July Fun. The main floor of this Large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath brick home (2200 sq ft) with seasonal Lake Keowee views is for rent. Three bedrooms have their own bathrooms and 4th smaller bedroom can share with master or guest bathroom down the hall. Bedrooms sleep 8 people and Full size sleeper couch, sleeps 2 for a total of 10. This comfy home has 10ft ceilings, an open floor plan, with large kitchen which faces living room, breakfast nook and dining room. Split level floor plan designed for two bedrooms on one side and two on the other. Sitting room off dining area contains sleeper. Laundry off garage. Large screened in porch and fenced back yard give room for kids and family to relax, BBQ or play. Parking enough for 4 cars. Please note, this property is NOT waterfront, but has a community dock for fishing and swimming within walking distance just .25 mile from the house. You may use my assigned boat slip in the community slip ONLY if you submit your insurance info and copy of boat permit/license, and agree to pay any damages you may cause to dock. The house is only 2 miles from Cane Creek Harbor boat launch and 4 miles from South Cove Boat Launch and Recreation area. Boat Rental is available at Keowee Marina just 10 minutes drive. Centrally located in Seneca, off Hwy 188 (Keowee school Road) all the best Seneca and Clemson Restaurants, Wal-mart, CVS, shopping and medical facilities are no more than a 10 minute drive. NON SMOKERS ONLY. Owner lives in small apartment upstairs with separate entrance and is available in person or on the phone should you have questions, etc. Non-aggressive & house broken pets/dogs allowed on a case by case basis.
