Perfect weekend away for large group

This home was a fabulous find. The photos didn't nearly capture the beautiful grounds and indoor space. We had a landscape architect in our group and she just loved the grounds and healthiness of the desert landscape on the grounds. I had a group of 11 and there was enough space for everyone to do their own thing like read, swim, eat. There were many different sitting areas inside and out. People THOUGHT they were going to go hiking, etc...but none of that happened as everyone enjoyed hanging out at the house. The pool was a perfect size. The spa is on the small side, seating two, but it wasn't a big issue. We took turns. An added benefit for groups with a family or older folks is one of the guesthouse bedrooms attached to a living room with small fridge, TV and couches to have a separate living space. The casita on the side of the house was also a nice separate space and had a desk for the person who had some work to do. One of our dogs came and there is a good deal of room to run around in the courtyard and an excellent neighborhood to walk around in. Everyone loved it and agreed it was the perfect space for us. My favorite area was the ramada off the pool that had a perfect seating area with outdoor couches and chairs with shade from the sun. The kitchen was missing a few items that when we looked for them but the owner was interested in hearing of our experience and suggestions. No deal breakers here. Added bonus is Palm Canyon drive is one block away for errands or shopping. The owner was very gracious throughout the process and the property manager very helpful and available when we had questions. We would all recommend this beautiful home.

I had the pleasure of staying in the house with several friends- not only
Was there room for everyone, everyone had a lovely private space
that enhanced our enjoyment of the home and each other.

Beautifully decorated, on a quiet street, to wake up with a view of both
the pool and the mountain vistas behind it was a one of a kind experience.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway

Casa Aguila was a dream come true! As a performer who sings all over the world, I've stayed in both 5star hotels and private mansions. Casa Aguila was so lovely, so peaceful, so beautiful. And I wanted for nothing - I never had to ask for a thing because it was all with in reach. Waking up to sound of the courtyard's fountain, having my morning tea by the pool - it was all so wonderful. I cannot recommend this home enough. Just wish I could have stayed longer!
