This one level cabin is located in Settlers Landing minutes to the Village of East Hampton. Situated on 1 acre with a new pool just installed winter 2013. The property has a stainless steel kitchen, expansive wraparound deck, fireplace, hardwood floors and walls. The living area is open plan with vaulted ceiling incorporating wood beams running the length of the roof commonly found in ranch homes of this era. Wood framed sliding glass doors with individual window panes make for easy access to the deck. Kitchen has concrete flooring, original cabinets with updated stainless countertop. Extra long, wide bar makes a great place for hanging out and socializing. Full length windows in dining room let in loads of natural sunlight and provide direct viewing to the pool area. It's only a short 3 block walk to the water of Gardiners Bay, where a family of swans reside.
