This residence is in walking distance to CBS Studios, the Los Angeles Farmer's Market and The Grove Mall (home to NBC's “Extra!”).

Located on a tree-lined residential street in the midst of some of best restaurants, shopping, clubs and cultural venues, this two-bedroom, one-bath apartment is hard to beat for location. This unit is located on the first floor of an intimate 1920s Spanish-style building. A living room sleeper-sofa allows this apartment to comfortably host six guests.

The open floor plan has a spacious living room which looks out onto the tree-lined street. It's decorated with contemporary furnishings, including an L-shaped queen sleeper-sofa and flat-screen television, but keeps the charm of this vintage building with the decorative original fireplace mantel, wood floors, floor-length curtains and wall sconces. The separate dining room is open to the living room via a large archway. Along with the circular-flow access of the kitchen, this style of apartment is comfortable for entertaining guests. The dining room has a contemporary dining table with seating for six and a separate nook, which is furnished with a writing desk, chair and a coat closet. Two original built-in glass door cabinets accent the dining room. The kitchen has been recently remodeled in oak cabinetry and granite countertops. A built-in desk also doubles as a breakfast bar. Appliances include a stainless steel gas stove/oven and built in microwave, a stainless steel dishwasher, a refrigerator and customary countertop appliances. Saltillo floor tiles complete the warm atmosphere.

Down the hallway, you'll find built-in linen cabinets, a coat closet and a private laundry room, which also accesses the backyard. The master bedroom is at the end of the hallway and is furnished with a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen television, a ceiling fan, a large dressing mirror and closet. The master bedroom looks out onto the grassy backyard. The guest room is mid-hallway, across from the bathroom. It is bright and cheery with two twin beds dressed in red duvets and accented with a bright orange dressing mirror and ceiling fan. It has its own closet. The bathroom maintains original hexagon floor tiles typical of the 1920s, a tub, a separate shower stall and a new pedestal sink.

This apartment has complimentary wi-fi, cable, central heat and a wall-mounted air-conditioning unit in the living room. One parking space is provided for a medium- to small-sized car in the building garage. Note the garage door is manual. Guests are also invited to use the yard, patio and barbeque at 335 N. Orange Grove Avenue, next door. Dogs allowed with an extra fee.

Good place but quite old

I like the location, allow me very easy to access to a lot of familiar attraction places, restuarants and shopping malls. The rental house is good furnished and fully equip kitchen but a bit old construction and not clean enough, especially bathroom and most of the window frames are dirty.

Cool house overall, great location, great value. I have already recommended this property to a friend. Bathroom could use updating, be careful with the hot water handle. Unreliable internet, but mgmt company sent over a 4G device that worked great. Nice folks working at the mgmt company.

The place is nice, comfy and spacious. Our family, a couple with 2 teenagers enjoyed staying there.<br/><br/>The location is convenient and it is just 10 min walk to the Farmers Market and good for driving anywhere. Garage provided can solve parking and free.<br/><br/>Instructions for check in and out still clear. Communication with the management through emails, feeling a bit ironic and distant. Take note that no staff present and need to be independent.<br/><br/>Overall we like staying there.

Good location at a walking distance from the Grove and from the Whole Food Market store. Very nice, large and well maintained apartment. However, it is time to update the bathroom! The neighbors with a very young child, above us, were very noisy and did not care much about us, which forced us to call AE Hospitality several times after 10:00PM...<br/>Also the garage, very useful because it is nearly impossible to park in the street, is very dark (no light) and in a little street behind the property that is scary because there are sometime homeless people spending the night in that street...You get used to, anyway, because there are homeless people everywhere in LA!

Fabulous location. Easy walk with children to the Farmers Market. Quiet street allowing peaceful nights sleep though very close to everything! Staff at AE Hospitaility were great and very helpful. Easy self check in and check out. Parking in the street out front was often busy but we always managed to get a park further down the street or around the corner. Allocated parking garage was too small to fit a larger car but we expected this. Cable and wifi were great and kept everyone entertained when we were relaxing after a days sightseeing. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Location - absolutely fantastic!<br/>Condition - furniture was pretty good, bathroom definitely needs a refurb (chose to wear flip flops in the shower), kitchen was great.<br/>Linen - there isn't any for the fold out in the lounge room. Tried to phone AE Hospitality to get some organised, no return call. Had to buy our own.<br/>
