Welcome to Mystic , Stay in our warm and welcoming cottage or choose the Captain's Home right on the water in Mystic , Ct. Please review the many pictures of both homes on the site We are on the water and you will have access to our 50 foot pool. The main floor of the cottage features a country kitchen and cozy living room with fireplace. Outside enjoy dining al fresco on the water, a fire pit and dock for launching your own kayak or one of ours. If you feel like just relaxing, you are welcome to enjoy the 50 foot saltwater pool at the main house. The Silas Beebe Captains home and cottage that sit on Idyllic Beebe Cove overlook the nearby boatyards of Noank and Long Island Sound. The Captain's house was built in 1809 and the cottage added a few years later. Parking is off the street and accommodates up to 4 -6 cars, camper and boats.

Or if your party is large request our Captain's home that sleeps 10-12, enjoy your own pool, water access and all of the spring and summer pleasures of Mystic. Rates are $500.00 per night until July 1, 2013 and then $650.00 per night for July and August $4200.00 per week. The calendar posted reflects only the rentals for the cottage please call Linda at 860 536 0653 or 203 722- 5277 to discuss dates for the Captain's Home or send an email to the listing on Home Away. We still have many desirable dates open for the large main home.

About Linda Coughlin

Linda, the owner is a veteran of the hospitality industry. Having spent 12 years as the owner of a short term stay business in NYC, she is uniquely qualified and will make sure your stay is seamless, warm and that your every need is met.

Why Linda Coughlin chose Mystic

Our property on Beebe Cove was originally owned by the sea captain Silas Beebe. He docked his three sailing vessels on the cove and regularly delivered ice from the pond across the street to southern states. We walked in and immediately were drawn to the charm, the water and the peacefulness of our home.

What makes this cottage unique

Our home has many unique features, a large main lawn, big enough for a game of football or volleyball. The water access can accommodate powerboats for water skiing , jet ski's, kayaks or small sailing craft. The 53 ft pool is a refreshing oasis and the front porch is the perfect venue to watch the sun set, cocktail in hand . The cottage is a perfect adjunct and features its own front porch, water views and of course has access to the dock and pool

Fees And Taxes there is a cleaning fee of $100.00 for the cottage and $200.00 for the main home and
depending on use a damage deposit may be required. This deposit is not cashed, but h eld in the even of any damage.

nightly fee's for the main home are $500.00 to $650.00 a night

Cute Cottage in Mystic

Was not sure where to stay in Mystic but I wanted a cottage and to be
near the water. This was perfect. It's really a quaint cottage set on a
larger property. There is a nice big pool and grounds so we could walk
around and hang out and just relax. It's also really close to town so
we didn't have to drive much. If you are looking for a cottage rental in
Mystic I would say this is the best because you get so much more than
just the cottage. Check it out.
