This unique, contemporary, tropical-style, open designed home boasts the largest private pool on the island (screened in, electrically heated and new state-of-the-art UV filter) with an adjacent 20’X20” sun bathing deck running virtually the entire length of the house along the water side. On a half acre-plus lot, this lovely 2400 sq. ft. home features a double living room with full surround sound entertainment center, including cable TV (55”), DVD, and an A-B switch lets you control the surround sound speakers indoors and out, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 adults comfortably), 2 1/2 baths, gas BBQ grill, and two commercial-sized washers and dryers. There are 2,400 square feet of air conditioned living space in addition to the pool, lanai, sundeck and garage. More than enough breathtaking water views to make you forget about being right smack on the beach. Must be seen to be believed. There is a dock and fishing pier on 150' of canal frontage that’s five houses in from the Intracoastal Waterway. The grounds are professionally landscaped with an abundance of Royal and Majestic Palm trees among other numerous, blooming tropical plants. Orchids fill the entryway atrium. Great vacation home!!!

This home is beautiful, the pictures don't do it total justice. The kids lived in the large pool, every amenity is thought of, plenty of pots, pans, linens, dishes, cutlery and flatware. The view is without compare. Close to the beach, Sanibel and Captiva, restaurants with great seafood, putt-putt golf (a huge hit with my kids), and Times Square. Word to the wise....take Off! and citronella candles, mosquito season is pretty significant here, but wouldn't deter us from going again and again! Definitely recommended!
