Townhome, 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 10)

You won't be disappointed when you see this home! Renting Saturday to Saturday Rental. This Villa is located in one of the most popular neighborhoods in Corolla, Corolla Light Resort, the house is in mint condition, light and bright. A large Great Room will accommodate the whole family with ease. Deck off the family room on the 3rd floor with beautiful views.

Enjoy a gourmet kitchen stocked with everything you need to create delicious meals including a multiple appliances, full cooking utensils, wine chiller. The top level includes a family room with TV/VCR/DVD and stereo. Access to Deck, and eat in Kitchen, 1/2 bath and Dining room to seat 10 people.

The second floor includes a separate king master suite with jetted tub, also on this floor is the other suite with a queen bed, jacuzzi tub/shower bath. The 1st level has 2 twin bedrooms, one featuring bunk beds and the other twin beds. It also has a 2 car garage, BBQ patio with grill, table and chairs. Additionally, an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Plenty of parking and no need to drive to anything.

Its only a 5 minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of Corolla or to the beach and clubhouse. Enjoy five community pools including one indoor, three (one is a kiddie pool) at the ocean front, and one soundside. A life guard station is located at our community beach for your peace of mind. The beach is approximately 150 yards from the Villa. A parking lot is available near the beach access for convenient drop off and pick up if needed.

Also courtesy trolleys run throughout the resort to take you anywhere on the resort during season. Check in and start your vacation the minute you arrive. Playground, tennis courts, basketball, racquetball, game room, and fitness center, bike trails, all complete the perfect vacation for your family. Because this is our second home, we are offering rentals from April 1st through October 2nd. This is a Saturday to Saturday Rental. Why The Owner chose Corolla

We are living in Chesapeake, VA. just one hour from the Outer Banks. I have always wanted to own a beach home. We vacationed on the outer banks during the summer and Thanksgiving week. Once we found Corolla we both fell in love. It's such a charming place with beauty not found in other parts of the Outer Banks. We are believers in the joy a coastal home brings. We only rent 18 weeks a year to keep it in top condition. Once the season is over we start getting ready for the next year. My wife and I update each year and enjoy making it perfect for our guests with lots of personal touches. It's a lot of work but when we call each guest to welcome them and they say how beautiful the home is, its all worth while. To this day we have never had a disappointed guest.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We just returned from vacationing at this lovely property in Corolla Light Resort. We were thrilled to find that the house was just as described and pictured - in fact, it may be more spacious than the pictures let on. The beach is very close - just a few minutes walk - and there are 3 pools even closer. Our family included a 22-month-old, and he was very fond of the children's play area in the resort. We also enjoyed the resort activities that were offered, especially crabbing. We had a great time taking one of the Jeep tours - there are several to choose from just a few minutes away. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance, and even more are just a few miles away. Overall, we had a great vacation here and would highly recommend renting this property - I wouldn't be surprised if we return next year.
