Pemaquid Beach House Rental Photos and Description
3 Bedroom Main House
A relaxing spot in easy walking distance of the Colonial Restoration at Ft. William Henry, Pemaquid Beach, Little Beach and New Harbor village center. The Pemaquid Beach area is a gem and is featured in Down East magazine (July 2013 issue) - check it out here:
Well maintained and comfortably furnished, the Main House has 3 bedrooms (2 full, 1 twin) with ocean views from the 2nd floor - open the windows and fall asleep to sound of waves! Back porch looks back toward large yard - great for kids, lawn sports or just hanging out on the Adirondack chairs.
I use a rental agent (Newcastle Square Rentals) to handle availability inquiries and reservations.
Please email with any questions. Thank you for considering my property!

Lifelong lover of the great state of Maine. Someday I will be able to spend my summers in New Harbor - but in the meantime, it is available for you to enjoy!
I grew up coming to Maine with my family as a child - enjoyed many summers in Ogunquit at Perkins Cove. I went to college in Maine and then continued to vacation in Maine with my mother as an adult. By then, Southern Maine had gotten too commercial for my taste - we kept trying new areas further north until we discovered the Pemaquid Peninsula, which boasts Damariscotta as the commercial hub with an adorable downtown, a fabulously beautiful crescent-shaped beach with full facilities and quiet charm. Nearby Pemaquid Point Lighthouse and Park (whose beauty has earned it a spot on the back of the Maine State Quarter) has provided endless hours of enjoyment rock climbing and watching waves crash against the rocks.
If you'd like more information on the area, what to do and where to eat, please feel free to contact me: email@example.com. I'd be happy to provide more color!
Great for families that love the beach - only two doors down from the entrance to the only large public sandy beach on the Pemaquid Peninsula!
