Across from the bike path and walking distance from the Santa Monica Pier, Third Street Promenade, Main Street Shops, theatres, art galleries and many cafes and restaurants. Only a 5 min bike ride to the famous Venice Beach boardwalk.

Enjoy the best of Santa Monica with ocean and beach views from this spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, located on the second floor of a fully restored 3-story building. Conveniently located in Ocean Park neighborhood, the place were skateboarding was born! Comfortably furnished, with over 900 square feet of bright and light living space. The apartment has wood floors throughout the living and dining room area with carpeting in the bedroom. Enjoy watching a DVD, an HBO movie or your favorite TV series on a 47" TV from a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room or check your emails or surf the web from anywhere in our apartment with our high speed wireless internet access.

The bedroom has a high quality pillow top mattress, to help give you a great night sleep. A large closet and armoire provide you with ample storage space. An adjacent beautifully tiled bathroom is equipped with a combined tub/shower.

As most beach properties along the California Coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit. With average beach temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees year round, air conditioning is not generally needed in our beach areas. For our warmer days, each of our beach properties is equipped with portable ventilator fans which, when combined with open windows, allow the fresh ocean air to circulate and cool your property to a very pleasant temperature.

Location! Location! Location! This beautiful penthouse is the perfect vacation rental unit as is just one block from the beach and within walking distance to some of Los Angeles' most desirable attractions;

South: Marina del Rey, one of the largest man-made marinas in the world.

East: the acclaimed Venice Beach Canals fashioned after those in Italy and the city’s namesake.

North: Venice boardwalk, where you will find muscle beach, street venders, musicians, comedians, Jugglers and countless other attractions.

West: Pacific Ocean along some of the broadest sandy beaches in California.

A very short walk down the peninsula is Washington Square, a strip of exiting places to eat, drink, buy groceries, shop or hear live music and karaoke. At the end of the strip, Washington Pier is the perfect place to watch a sunset, surfing, boating and fisherman.

Washington Square opens at 5am with last call at 2am.

Graduation weekend in LA

This property exceeded my expectations. It was larger than I expected which was a bonus considering the number of family members we had coming and going all weekend. It easily sleeps 6 and accommodates 12 for dinner. The company that oversees the property always answers their phone when you call with questions. The entertainment center was quite extensive but easy to operate with their instructions. We always enjoy being near the beach, this place has good location and two parking spaces in the garage is a BONUS!

Completely Surpassed My Expectations

I recently had the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful property with my family for a small reunion. We booked through Global Homes and Condos, and they were wonderful from start to finish. In addition to checking in on us, they promptly answered any questions we had and were kind and professional.

In regards to the house itself, it is amazing. The pictures are accurate representations, and there are many features to keep you and your guests entertained the entire trip. The house was also much more spacious than I'd anticipated, and was extremely well kept. In sum, we had a wonderful vacation, and it is in large part due to this home and the efforts of the Global Home and Condos Team. Thank you for everything.

Jaw Dropping...in-laws were super impressed!

We rented this property for a week while my husband's large family was in town. When we arrived we were all like kids in a candy store, this place has all kinds of bells and whistles to please all ages. Huge over the top showers, elegant kitchen, huge projector screen for movies, pool and darts kept everyone entertained. Honestly it was hard to leave and go out anywhere, gave us a great chance to bond as a family ages 17-55, 8 of us in total. Total crowd pleaser! Way cheaper than putting everyone in a hotel and a lot more amenities than any hotel...tons of restaurants and shopping less than a block away and the beach is a few blocks...this place is an amazing bargain.

Spacious In Great Location

We stayed in this home over July 4th weekend. There were 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Had a wonderful stay. The home appears to be very well maintained. Location is excellent. Two actual bedrooms were very comfortable. Showers were awesome! There are a lot of really beautiful details in this home that you don't find in ordinary rental properties. The fold down couches worked well for our group. No actual door on the upstairs bedroom or bath, but was not an issue for our stay. Still very private. Loved the rooftop deck with fire pit and hot tub. Made a nice end to our long days of exploring. The property managers could not have been more accommodating. Very helpful in tour and explanation of property. Provided us with beach towels and even allowed us to use the beach cruiser bikes belonging to the property. What a huge perk! Only inconvenience was several TV's and only one universal remote for the house. If remote was in the kids' room, we were unable to watch TV in other rooms. Would highly recommend this property.
