This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom mid-century Alexander home in the popular Raquet Club area has recently been remodeled to create an ultra-modern, bright space. Large sliding glass doors lead out from an open plan living and dining area flooded with light to a beautiful garden with pool, spa, outdoor fireplace and bar area.

The living area is filled with stylish furniture, complementing the open beamed ceilings and built in fireplace. Relax watching the 50" Television with Cable TV, surround sound system and DVD/ CD player. The dining area contains a dining table to seat 8, but that can easily be extended to fit more. A new kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave and electric stove. A stackable washer and dryer is located in the hallway.

The master bedroom, with contemporary glass tiled en suite bathroom, opens onto the garden with views of the pool, spa and mountains behind. There is a California King Bed from which to watch the 40" SmarTV Television; a DVD player, alarm clock with iPod docking station, and large built in closet with sliding glass fronted doors. The two other bedrooms both feature Queen size beds, 32" Televisions, alarm clocks with iPod docking stations and built in closets with sliding front doors.
