New Orleans House Rental Photos and Description
house, 3 bedrooms + other (see description). 1.5 baths, sleeps(2-8)
UPDATE: I will be out of town on vacation from June 30, 2014 until August 27, 2014. I'll still be able to respond to emails, but please have some patience as it might take me a couple days to get back to you. Thanks!
Located in the heart of New Orleans in the very central, desirable and especially safe City Park Triangle neighborhood and decorated by one of the city's most creative interior designers, this house is full of surprises and features 1.5 baths and 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed and, the other two with queen beds. All rooms have flatscreen tvs with Netflix included.
About the place: The main entrance to City Park/ Museum of Art is only 2 blocks away, the Canal Street Car is 5 blocks away, the fairgrounds a 10 minute walk and the French Quarter is only 7 minutes away by car. The house has wireless internet, an open and full kitchen, a charming porch where you can enjoy breakfast/ watching neighbors walk their dogs in a neighborhood which probably has the nation's highest per capita concentration of pet owners!
The house is in a quiet residential area and parties are not permitted at this location, nor are outside guests without owner approval. I know you'll have a great stay here and in case you were wondering - yes, that is a giant metal pelican eating a fish that you see in the background in the hallway!
Hi all! Thank you for looking at my profile. I've become something of an vacation rental veteran now with over a year's time hosting people and it's been a truly wonderful experience, one that's allowed me meet some great people and provide an excellent vacation for the many people who have stayed here. As an avid traveler myself I can share a lot of my travel experiences as well as my expertise on the great city of New Orleans. And I have lived here for over half my life, so I have plenty to share if interested. Some of my interests include reading, art, health, cooking and as mentioned, meeting new people.
Until very recently I have been career student and I've done a little of everything from interpreting and painting to landscaping and interior design. With my diverse background and all the rental activity I've seen, I decided to become a licensed realtor and have never looked back since!
This all being said, if you have any questions at all about me, about my place or about the great city I live in, please don't hesitate to contact me! I'll look forward to hearing from you.
