My overall stay could have been better. I stayed for 9 days. Right from day one there was an issue. The current tenants stayed longer than expected and we were already at the house while the cleaning crew was there. So we had to wait about 2 hours. Also there was a problem with the grill, but the owner was very quick to fix. Also a lot of things were not working properly. All the TV's in each bedroom were not working properly, a lot of lag, downloading channels every time you turned the tv on. Towards the end the Internet kept have problems. Then the last 3 days the refrigerator went out and lost all the food we bought!!!! Half the toaster wasn't working. Pillows were rip, the beds in the boys room were broken. There was puke on a skirt of one of the bedrooms left from the previously tenants. I mean the house looks beautiful, but all the little things add up, it a very secured gated community, very close to all the stores and major Highways, and disney. They have a heated community pool with bar. The basketball courts and tennis courts are outside the gated community and a far walk. Overall my experienced could have been better. At least refunded some of my money back for the lost of all my food and all the inconveniences. Think twice and make sure everything is working properly before renting.

I forwarded this comment to my property management company. We really should be more careful from our end, even some issues were beyond our control. For example, we should throw and replace the ripped pillow case, broken toaster before new guests check in.
All the issued were fixed now.
