Two bedroom, one bath, condominium located directly on Lake Charlevoix. This immaculate condo has been completely remodeled with all new stainless appliances, ice maker, granite counter tops and bar area, completely remodeled bathroom, and new carpeting and windows. Located on the third floor, the property has a balcony overlooking the manicured lawn area and Northwest Marina Yacht Club’s 250 boats. Foster Boat Works residents enjoy a pool at the lake’s edge and a clubhouse with laundry facilities.
The property is next door to the public beach and park and is a 10 minute walk to beautiful downtown Charlevoix with shops, restaurants and the city park which hosts concerts, art fairs and other special events for the public. In the center of town, the drawbridge provides the best boat watching anywhere !

I grew up spending summers on Lake Charlevoix and own a Foster Boat Works condo myself, as well as my rental.
Judi purchased this condo in 2001
This is where I want to retire.
I drive up to Charlevoix via I-75, and I can feel my blood pressure go down as I think about my special place in Charlevoix. The area is perfect for walkers and bicyclers and is surrounded by turn-of-the-century homes, gorgeous landscaping and breathtaking water views.
We stayed for two weeks including the 4th of July and LOVED the fireworks from 3 different directions that we could watch from our balcony !
Arriving on a Saturday, we put our things in the condo and noticed how clean and well maintained it was.
The view from the balcony was super (later I would have a cigar and a glass of wine relax and enjoy the view).
There are many places to dine at in town or buy groceries at Olsons and cook in the condo. A farmers market is open on Thursday's for fresh local products. The beach and park next door make it very handy for sun tanning or relaxing. The next day we went sightseeing; the railroad depot museum had lots of history about it and the stone mushroom houses from the 1880's were cute; the dunes on Lake Michigan are rustic and great for long walks. Played 9 holes at the municipal course (there are 5 others courses to choose from) had a good time.
We took a drive to Fishermans island state park and explored the beautiful trails there. This location is excellent because you can walk to town (10 min.) or drive to nearby points of interest. Oh almost forgot the sunsets are to die for at the lighthouse. The owner was kind and considerate and helpful in arranging our stay there. Excellent stay for us so I will rate our experience a 5 star.
