Luxury three bedroom condo on Florida's Suncoast. The unit was recently upgraded with a new Kitchen and bathroom vanities. Now has a view of the ocean from the Kitchen through the balcony. The unit is located on the top floor of the building and has the largest floor plan in the building. All appliances are new. The building has heated pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and deck and table and lounge chairs. The bedrooms have two queens and two twin beds. Just added gorgeous tile to the living room/dining room area and a brand new living room set. Also the the second bathroom shower was just remodeled. Just replaced the queen sized mattresses.

This unit has the biggest floor plan out of all the others in the Reef Club, so the living room has a lot of space. All of the rooms are spacious and there is a great view from the balcony. The pool deck at this place is very popular, and you are steps away from the beach!

Great Unit - Great Vacation!

The unit was very nice and large. We had several days of cloudy rainy weather, and there was plenty of space for us to play games, read, watch TV, or just relax. The unit is nicely furnished (the new living room furniture is great - carries the beach theme right into the unit) and the kitchen was fully equipped. We were within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Great time - thanks, James!

We had a great time. The unit was very clean. Nice kitchen with lots of pots and pans.Spacious master bedroom and bathroom. the other bathroom was very nice with a walk in shower. Washer and drier were in a seperate room with a door that closes to keep down on the noise.You can see the beach from the balcony, but is more of a side ocean view as you can see the beach from some of the balcony.It was near the elevator, but not right next to it. The parking spot was near the elevator. The pool area was very nice, but our draw was the beach and it was perfect.Beautiful sunset every night. Very family friendly place. We would love to return. I would recommend a journal of sorts so that people can recommend restaurant and shopping finds that they had a great experience with. We had a problem with one of the beds at the begiining of the week, but the owner had it fixed right away. He is very friendly and easy to deal with.

Great place for family vacation!

We stayed at this condo last year and are making plans to stay again this summer. The condo is spacious, well furnished and conveniently located near stores and restaurants. My grandkids had a fantastic time last year and we plan to have another wonderful vacation with them this summer!!

Great Place!

Stayed here in July 2008. Very large, clean, 3 BR unit. Close to restaurants and shopping. Wireless computer access! The only drawback is that it is a long walk to the beach from the condo and we had to carry chairs and umbrellas other than that it is a great place to vacation!
