This is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath single family home. The home offers beautifully landscaped grounds and a large, private, heat optional Pool. There is lots of outdoor living and dining space. There is a Gas Grill and Deep Water Boat Dockage. The home is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and offer wide, open water views. Perfect location to watch some of the best sunsets in the Florida Keys.

The West wing of the home has a the private master with with bath and walk in closet. The master offers a King bed with walk out sliders to a patio and water views. The bathroom offers a stand up shower as well as separate tub. Off the hallway to the master bedroom is a den with pull out sleeper sofa and office area. The living area of the house is a large, open floor plan with a wall of doors offering a water views from from the kitchen, living room and dining room.

The home has been recently updated with beautiful tile floors and granite in the kitchen.

The East wing of the property is home to the laundry room and two guests suites. Each of the guest bedrooms offer a Queen Bed. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom that the guest bedrooms share. One of the guest bedrooms offers sliders out to the patio area with access to the pool.

Off the living room is a large, screened patio with lounge chairs and outdoor dining area. All linens are provided as well as high speed, wireless internet and washer/dryer and central AC.
