Close to Southern Methodist University, Highland Park Village, and NorthPark Mall! Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping including groceries right in Snider Plaza. Fabulous lighted tennis courts and swimming pool (during the summer months) with water slide within blocks!

Master Bedroom is downstairs on first floor!

The Media room is great for movie and sports viewing with a refrigerator and microwave. There is a pool table upstairs as well. The home has a warm fireplace in the living room and large kitchen area with wine cellar. Wonderful additional living room with great flow. Wi-Fi included.

Fantastic home in the heart of Dallas. Very safe neighborhood for families, walking and jogging. The home is very well decorated and fantastic for entertaining. Everything you need is in walking distance, grocery store, shops and restaturants and a very short drive/cab ride to downtown or other entertainment districts (less than $20). Plenty of space to relax and whether you cook for yourself or have a chef, you will love the kitchen! The home is extremely well cared for and no detail is left out for your comfort. The owner is very easy to deal with and responds promptly. I have rented many HomeAway properties and this one was by far a favorite and we will be back the next time we are in Dallas.

Francis was wonderful to deal with. Very prompt with responses to any questions or problems we had. The house was beautiful and worked out great for our group of 10 people. It is very open and great for entertaining. The kitchen was a dream to work in. As I did most of the cooking for the group, I loved how much counter space was available, all the equipment you could need and then some and I fell in love with the stove that had a grill and griddle right beside the four big burners. The pantry was stocked with food and a nice grocery store was less than a block away. We all really enjoyed out stay! Thank you Francis!
