BRING YOUR BOAT!!! This house comes with its own dock across the street on the intracoastal waterway and is only 3 blocks from the beach. This two story island home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths in the main house (2 bedrooms have private decks), with a separate 1 bedroom/1 full bath apartment over the garage. The apartment has its own kitchen and living spaces. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Nestled among 50 palm trees, this charming home has everything you would want to share a fun filled getaway with friends and family. Walk across the street to a fresh seafood dinner and drinks at The Boathouse Restaurant and watch the dolphins play in Breach Inlet. Lots to do for the family. Cruise around the island on rented bikes or a golf cart, go paddle boarding, surfing ... or take the boat out. Visit historic downtown Charleston with its fabulous restaurants, carriage rides, the famous market, aquarium and fun antique shopping.

BEACH HOUSE - GREAT.

Enjoyed it. The beds were really comfortable, Loved the house and the porches. It did have a great location. We enjoyed the yard with the hammock and the corn hole. We just had a good time.

WONDER PLACE TO STAY!

Beautiful home, great location to the beach, very peaceful pier with an amazing sunset! Plenty of room for our family of 11! Fully equipped home, all you need is the food! Great outdoor shower! Lots of games along with corn hole boards for lots of outside fun, or just rest in the hammock and enjoy the breeze! Would defiantly visit again!

COMFORTABLE AND ACCOMODATING

FIVE STAR RATING! This was the perfect place for our family which included relatives visiting from Canada. There were 11 of us in all and we liked that we could all sit together at the large table for our meals and play cards afterwards. We never felt cramped as there were so many places to hang out such as the big yard with a hammock and chairs to the decks and porches. The short walk up the street to view the dolphins near the marina was amazing. I recommend going at sunset. We toured downtown Charleston on a carriage ride and had lunch at Hyman's. We ate supper at Sullivans on Sullivans Island. It was a vacation that my family will always remember. I would highly recommend this house to anyone with a large family as it is both comfortable and accomodating. All we had to do was provide the food. Everything we needed was available in the house. The communication from the owner and manager were very quick and pleasant.

GREAT SECLUDED LOCATION WITH PLENTY TO DO!

Both the main house and guest house are beautiful and spacious. There are decks connecting the two, making it easy for going to and from and gathering. The beach (which itself is wide and secluded) is a 6-7 minute walk from the house and the dock (also a great hangout having a large wraparound bench) is directly across the street, so you can take advantage of having the best of both. The house is also right by a great local island restaurant, The Boathouse. We had an absolutely perfect stay and if we ever come back to the Charleston area, can't imagine why we would want to stay anywhere else.
