BRING YOUR BOAT!!! This house comes with its own dock across the street on the intracoastal waterway and is only 3 blocks from the beach. This two story island home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths in the main house, with a separate 1 bedroom mother in law apartment over the garage. The apartment has its own kitchen and bath. 2 of bedrooms have decks with views of the waterway.

Nestled among 50 palm trees, this charming home has everything you would want to share a fun filled getaway with friends and family. Walk across the street to a fresh seafood dinner and drinks at The Boathouse Restaurant and watch the dolphins play in Breach Inlet. Lots to do for the family. Cruise around the island on rented bikes or a golf cart, go paddle boarding, surfing ... or take the boat out. Visit historic downtown Charleston with its fabulous restaurants, carriage rides, the famous market, aquarium and fun antique shopping.

Wonderful Beach House!

Just wanted to say THANK YOU for a great time at your Wonderful Beach Home! It is the perfect Island Get Away with the Beach and the Dock so close! We enjoyed lazy Beach days and sightseeing on the Boat all over Charleston ! It was so nice to be right there on the Waterway !! It's an awesome family home and we had lots of room for everyone!. A highlight was walking over to dinner at the Boathouse and enjoying the sunset and the dolphins at play. We will Definitely BE BACK!!

My family had a great time. The very young and the young at heart. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to show my children and grandchildren what Charleston's great beaches are all about.
The house was wonderful. My husband and I could sneak off to our own cabana and leave the younger group up late. We could get up early with our cup of coffee and take a short walk to the dock. Will rent next year.
