Huge 7 Bedrooms, Pool/Spa, close to Disney in stunning Terra Verde

We come to Orlando every year in winter time and Terra Verde has always been our top choice. This villa is in a very quiet corner but only a short walk away from all the fun and activities in the resorts. It looks like a new house with new paint interior and exterior. Furniture is mostly new and linens are clean.

We had a big family reunion of four generations (a clan of 16). It did not feel crowded at all, even during dinner time when the whole clan got together.

Downstairs master was brilliant for our grandma who cannot dealt with stairs. We have two babies but there was only one crib in the villa. So we have to rent one, which is very expensive. This is probably the only negative thing. We had 6 cars and SUVs in total and had no problem parking.

We also loved Terra Verde for its great location. Very easy access to Hwy 192, which can take you to all the attractions and shopping.

Did I mention the owners were very kind and responsive? We would recommend this villa to other families with no hesitation.

We arrived at the property early the morning of December 26. The home was just as it was described - 7 bedrooms, 4.5 baths. Nice family room right off of the kitchen with views to the pool and hot tub. The property was clean and well maintained. The property manager had the pool company out on Wednesday morning to check the pool and add the chemicals. He informed us that the motor had gone out on the hot tub and would be replaced the next day. We returned home from Disney the next evening and the pool was warm and the hot tub was working fine. We also experienced some problems with the heat in the house as it was unseasonably cold in the evenings. The property manager was very responsive in getting it repaired. We truly enjoyed the location and its proximity to both Disney World and Universal Parks. We also enjoyed the shopping outlets in the area, had no problem finding a Catholic church, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it to our family and friends.

Our family enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful villa. We were also impressed by the management of the resort. All the furniture is of high quality with tasteful decorations. The house is very clean throughout. The owners were very kind and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We had great communications through the process. We were also pleased that this villa had extended driveway to easily park 6 cars/vans. We had one of our best vacations ever! I would definitely recommend this great home to others.
One suggestion I would like to make is that the owner could leave more in-house instructions on things like cable-TV channel guide.
