Brand new house:2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 6, steps to the pool, beach

Brand new townhouse located just one block from the beach on the quiet south end of Myrtle Beach. Guests will enjoy an easy walk to the beach and a community pool located just steps away. This ground level townhome features two upstairs bedrooms with a shared bath, fully equipped kitchen, 50' TV in the living room / Blu-ray player, TV's in each bedroom and a fenced in back yard with patio.

Our home sleeps 6. Both two beds use high-end memory-foam mattress. An extra double-size air mattress and L-section leather sofa provide extra sleeping space. Keyless door code provided for every single renter. 6 beach chairs, 1 6x6ft backpack canopy, sand toys, and cooler are available. Brand new comprehensive set of cookiware and seashell style dinnerware sets. A nice study/computer desk is in one bedroom.
