Almost in point position enjoying 32 metres of private waterfront with a clean private sandy beach and jetty. There are wide water views of up to 300m with mountain views to the west and skyline views to Broadbeach and Surfers paradise to the East. 300m to main river by boat.

Kitchen overlooks the canal and outdoor area with bifold breakfast bar window.

Lounge has Large flat screen LCD TV, with Austar Cable TV

overlooking the pool so you can keep an eye on the kids.

Parking is restricted to 2 cars (one undercover)
