This contemporary house on beautiful, quiet Mamanasco Lake has 400 feet of waterfront. Walk down to the private dock, where chairs, umbrellas, kayaks and a rowboat await you. Swim in the water, float on a raft, sit and watch the swans swim by. There is a small sandy beach, perfect for children. A spectacular point of land with water on 3 sides is a beautiful place to experience peace and quiet. Or you can enjoy lawn sports on the grassy area. Cook on the open fireplace and have a picnic at the wooden table. Don't forget the s'mores! In addition, there are 2 different decks where you can relax, cook, and eat, all overlooking the lake. And to top it all off, there is a hot tub with lake views. Located on 1 + acres and a cul de sac, this home affords total tranquility and lots to do. Your choice!

Ridgefield is a charming New England town with numerous shops, several museums, and many excellent restaurants. The Playhouse has live acts and also shows movies year round. In the summer, there are wonderful free concerts in Ballard Park. In the winter, Main Street is transformed into a fairy land with Holiday lights. There are beautiful flowers in the spring and spectacular foliage in the fall. The town has a well-equipped Recreation Center and numerous gyms/personal training centers. There are several spas in town. And there are wonderful parks for children. Something for everyone!

This house is a gem. Perfect for family vacation with kids!
Lots of great outdoor spaces - the back yard, hot tub and the small little beach right by the lake, and the hammock.
The house is clean, cozy and well equipped with anything you could imagine.
The only tiny thing I would improve are the bed sheets.
We were 2 families and we had a great time. We will go back for sure!
Owner's Response: New sheets are on the way. An easy fix to make our home perfect!
