The backyard allow for grilling and than relaxing in the large hot tub. For the more active, there is a community pool, basketball court and walking trail only a block away. Shopping, restaurants and the well-known Dell Children's Hospital are located with-in walking distance. Downtown Austin and The University of Texas is five minutes away.
