I have strong ties to the Bahamas and have been visiting since I was 2 years old. I am now.. in my ughhh.. 40's and have been fortunate enough to build this home. We love to entertain and share our experiences with family and friends. We hope that you enjoy our home and Spanish Wells as much as we do. We built this house with the hopes of retiring to the Bahamas.

This is a custom built home designed for our enjoyment and long term use. The living room, dining room and master bedroom face the sea. 3 french doors open up to a 160' sf deck and view of the ocean. It is very peaceful and quiet. The house is cool and comfortable with or without air. There is always a nice breeze. We love the Bahamas, and Spanish Wells. You will love Spanish Wells. It is a delightful community. Everyone is warm, friendly and accomodating.

What makes this house unique

My favorite feature is the vaulted ceilings. It give the appearance of a much larger house. We also have ample closet and storage space, a must for the islands. The house has stainless steel appliances, a stand alone upright refrigerator and stand alone upright freeze, great for storing all that seafood you want to carry back home.

New beach front home situated on 1 1/2 mile white sandy beach. 3 bedroom 2 bath. 3 french doors lead onto the 120 sf covered porch enhancing your view of the sea. The cottage accomodates up to 6. The Master suite features a queen sized bed, large roman tub and shower. The uest rooms are standard queen and twin. Central air, cable tv and internet are provided.

Enjoy bone fishing flyfishing, beachcombing less than 100 steps from your front door. The water is calm and shallow, appropriate for all ages and swimming levels.
