Downstairs is all open plan living/dining and a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and all you need to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

The single story apartment is located on the Southern end of "Scales on the Marina" with 2 bathrooms, 1 queen bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and an external access bunk house with 1 bunk bed to sleep 8 guests in total.

The open plan living/dining and fully equipped 2nd kitchen boast views directly over the marina.

Make the most of the location with the fishing marina across the road, along with the local yacht club, town jetty and the town beach a little further but not far along the way.

A 10 min walk around the marina has you in Old Robe Town, complete with pubs, cafe's, boutique shops and the ambience that comes with a historic fishing village.

Your home away from home comes complete with all the luxuries - television, DVD players, CD players and outdoor entertaining areas complete with gas BBQs.
