High end finishes, a great pool and friendly employees make this property an excellent choice

I waited until a few weeks before my flight to find a condo for my stay on Kauai and am glad I held out for this fantastic unit at the Waipouli Beach Resort. Top of the line fixtures (Sub Zero, Wolf etc. ) and comfortable furniture and bedding. I'm very happy to have stayed at a property with Air Conditioning as it can get a bit hot and humid outside at times. The owners do a terrific job cleaning as everything looks brand new!
There were only two minor areas I think could be improved.
- While the owners were very responsive and happy to answer questions, I was receiving email from several different people with sometimes conflicting information. There should just be a single point of contact to send/receive info from.
- While the Waipouli Beach Resort has a free Wi-Fi access point, the quality of the connection was poor. I could not browse the internet during peak times, and all other times was very slow. While this usually isn't a concern for most people going on vacation, don't rely on having a reliable connection during your stay. Also note, Verizon 3G and LTE is unusable in this area despite their coverage maps to the contrary.
Overall this was an amazing vacation and I would highly recommend this property.
