The expansive main house has 2 bedrooms and features walls of glass with unending views of the coast. An open kitchen and open living room offer a perfect place to entertain guests or just enjoy the sound of surf. The 2 story guest house has a separate kitchen, a full bedroom and a lower guest bedroom with ocean views to die for. Plenty of room to kick up the sand with 125 feet of wide open unspoiled Malibu beach frontage.

Immersed in aquatic life, one can regularly expect to see dolphins playing in the surf. Further down the beach there are beautiful tide pools lit up with tiny marine life that the whole family can enjoy. Seals are very common, and during certain times whales can be seen migrating. Enjoy a romantic walk on the private beach and if you are lucky you may even see the Grunion’s make the run up on the beach (April – September)
