Nicely remodeled apartment in wing of a century old house. Very close to Summerkeys and everything in the village. Quiet side street, pleasant water views and salt air breezes. This apartment has a charming kitchen with all new appliances, tableware and cookware. The wainscotted walls and tile floors are brand new, but retain the warmth of another era. The bathroom is also located on the first floor and has a shower, toilet and sink. The bedroom/sitting room is on the second floor and has a lovely windows and a water view. The queen bed is brand new as are all linens and bedding. This quiet, cute apartment is within easy walking distance to music venues, restaurants, library, shops, grocery store and even the beach! Reasonably priced for your Lubec getaway.

Sweet Retreat

Delightful charming and quiet apartment within easy walking distance to everything in the Village. Loved this place for its nice touches and easy feel. The queen bed is very comfortable. We could walk to concerts, restaurants, stores and best of all the Waterfront and beach. Highly recommend this affordable getaway.
