Marathon Pool Beauty is a luxury duplex in Key Colony Beach offering a spacious open design with a great room, dining area and kitchen. The home is updated and offers beautiful, professionally done decor and updated appliances.

The back yard is home to a beautiful pool and offers lots of lounge space. There is deep water dockage with great access to both the Gulf or the Ocean.

This property offers two very spacious bedrooms. The master has a King bed with a private attached bath and doors leading out to the pool area. The large guest bedroom offers two queen size beds and bathroom just off the bedroom.

There is a den area off the living room that overlooks the pool, a perfect area for sitting and reading a book. The kitchen comes equipped with all your cooking and serving needs. A Washer/ Dryer has been added to the home for your convenience.

Key Colony Beach has plenty of activities to offer for a great family vacation, including a par three golf course, beautiful parks, playground, and great bars and restaurants. All of these activities are walking distance from the home.
